How long before my order ships?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
During high demand or restocks, please allow up to 7 business days for shipment.

Do I really need to trim my wick?

If your wick is getting long, forming a ‘mushroom’ on top, the flame is getting high or creating a lot of soot, trim your wick to ¼ inch (after you extinguish the flame, obviously.) It helps your candle last longer and keeps it from burning too hot.

How long will my candle burn?

That entirely depends on you, keeping the wick at ¼ inch and not burning more than three to four hours. However, with proper use our 8 oz candle burns about 40 hours and the 16 oz burns around 80 hours. These are averages. There are many factors (previously listed) that can change this.
